Learning Plan

While I am very pleased that I do not have to worry about the learning plan for at least a few more weeks, I would like to point out the benefits of it. Doing such an in depth assignment about myself has helped me to realize a few things about my personality. The MBTI, LSI, and my values exercise all basically had similar results. It made me feel more confident in the validity of the tests. Basically, while the write-up was a huge pain, I believe the assignment was worthwhile.

I agree that the assessment was worthwhile. At first I thought the whole thing was pointless. I was thinking that I already know who I am, and what I want to do with my life. However, the assignment forced me to really take a deeper look into my personality and my learning style. Doing so has helped me to realize where I might fit in best in the business world in the future. The assignment also has made me more aware of my weaknesses as a student, and as a person. Consequently, I think that I have a better idea of what I need to work on in order to be a better person all around.
