Building a Balanced Scorecard:
A Tool to Measure and Communicate Nonprofit Performance
Friday, October 27, 2006
8:30 - 11:30 a.m.
127 Public Square - Key Center, 27th Floor
Increasingly, funders and other stakeholders are asking for measurable results from the organizations they support. They are expecting nonprofits to take a strategic approach to achieve their vision and objectives. To this end, a number of nonprofits are using a tool called the Balanced Scorecard to measure and report both financial and non-financial performance to their stakeholders.
Please join us to learn about the Balanced Scorecard from two local experts who have been leading Balanced Scorecard initiatives in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors.
For more information and to register, please view the flyer (PDF).
