Atlanta homebuilder faces up to 40 years in jail for wire fraud

In Atlanta, a homebuilder has pleaded guilty for wire fraud. Jeffery Alan Teague has pleaded guilty for cheating investors of their investments. He made over 5 million dollars by collection mortgage payments from investor for houses that were not completed. He sold many houses in different states stating that the houses were finished and suited for living. However, the houses were not. Teague now faces up to 40 years in jail, and a 500 thousand dollars fine.
