No Grudges in Team work 10/10/06

During the discussion on diversity there was a slight confrontation between myself and another member of class. It was nothing physical simply a verbal disagreement caused by a difference in opinions. The same member who I disagreed with ended up being in the same scenario team as me. During our next team meeting we spoke as team members in a non hostile way which was excellent. I was rather skeptical however that maybe it had not been genuine. This turned out not to be the case as on the first quarter report we worked excellently as a team to complete out financial information and check over each others work. I have realized that even people who disagree can make great partners in a team setting.
