Implications of recent successes in Iraq

Iraqi forces have had recent successes in battling Shiite militias in Basra, Baghdad, and Mosul. Terrorism and violence are down in those cities. The Iraqi government has also been negotiating with Iran to stop the training of terrorists and militias to fight in Iraq and to stop Iran from supplying weapons to insurgents in Iraq. And Sunnis have been cooperating to fight terrorists in areas where Sunnis are strong.

DOES THIS MEAN THE U.S. SHOULD MAINTAIN ITS FORCES IN IRAQ AT CURRENT LEVELS TO SUPPORT AND ENHANCE THESE RECENT GAINS? OR, IS IT NOW TIME TO BEGIN SIGNIFICANT WITHDRAWALS OF U.S. TROOPS?
