Learning Plan

In the beginning I did not see a purpose for writing the learning plan. I thought “why should I write down my strengths, weaknesses and goals when I already know what they are”? After completing the learning plan I realized that writing things down is very helpful in analyzing what my goals truly are. The learning plan helped me focus on three goals and make a step by step schedule so that I could accomplish them. I know writing the learning plan helped me focus on my career and personal goals.
