Presents "Building upon the work of others: The Cleveland Community Building Initiative Experience" to the Central Neighborhood Committee, at The Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland October 17, 2006
CCBI's Mission:
……..to reverse the conditions that lead to and maintain poverty by taking a community building approach which includes the creation of Village Councils that develop and oversee neighborhood-specific plans.
This presentation summarizes the ten years of challenges and effective changes of the initiative, as well as some lessons learned about effective neighborhood change strategies.
