Exhibit Dates: January 14 - March 14, 2008.
Barbara Earley, a self-taught Cleveland artist, uses shattered mirrors by inserting a variety of recycled materials to create a rhythmic pattern within its frame.
The patterns that result from the broken glass influence the outcome of the final piece and lend a unique energy to her work. As Earley explains, “The variations in each design just ‘happens’ and the ‘feel’ of each piece reveals itself in the finished work.”
“Recycled Reflections” is on display at the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences (3rd floor) from mid January 2008 – mid March 2008.
