Assistant Professor David Crampton, an expert on foster care with extensive experience examining Cuyahoga County's foster care system, is quoted in a column by the Plain Dealer's Phillip Morris.
Mr. Morris' column centered on an eight-year-old Cleveland boy in foster care who, with his six-year-old brother, stole a relative's car because he believed he was about to be moved from the home.
Dr. Crampton believes the child--and other foster children--should be included in the discussions about their futures.
