Dr. Mark Joseph, Associate Professor at the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences and Director of the National Initiative on Mixed-Income Communities, will be one of the panelists at the Department of Housing and Urban Development's Dynamics of Mixed-Income Communities discussion on March 20, 2013 from 2:00 to 4:00pm in Washington DC. Joseph will join other panelists including Laura Tach of Cornell University and Paul Freitag of Jonathan Rose Companies to discuss mixed-income communities, neighborhood change, and related issues. The panel discussion will be led by Dominique Blom, Deputy Assistant Secretary for HUD's Public and Indian Housing's Office of Public Housing Investments.
