these are on the template for your convenience. you're still responsible to make sure that everything is filled in correctly. do use them when you can - it's a real timesaver, just make sure you're getting what you wanted
ptsd - S column
you get 2 chances to interview parent and child in PTSD. then you gotta come up with a summary score for all items that you have ratings for that doesn't lead to franken-PTSD. in short, make sure you all fill in the S column
filling in template
remember, fill in the entire template. every box must be filled in with the exception of past items that are below the line in the mood sections - when the schaffer box allows it. Everything else gets filled in P C and S.
