Victor is travelling home with his friend to get married to his fiancee Victoria. The two stop to rest in the woods, and as a joke, Victor puts his wedding ring on a finger-shaped stick in the ground and says his wedding vows. The stick turns out to be a rotted finger belonging to a murdered girl, who returns as a zombie and insists that she is now Victor's lawfully wedded wife.

The Muppets graduate from college and decide to take their musical, Manhattan Melodies, to Broadway. Alas, no one wants to produce a musical starring a frog, a pig, and a bear. Disheartened by their luck, Kermit, Miss Piggy, and Fozzie part ways. Kermit manages to find a producer and reunites the Muppets in New York City. The standard story of Robin Hood: Evil Prince John is oppressing the people while good King Richard is away on the Crusades. Robin steals from the tax collectors, wins an archery contest, defeats the Sheriff, and rescues Maid Marian. In this version, however, Mel Brooks adds his own personal touch, parodying traditional adventure films, romance films, and the whole idea of men running around the woods in tights.

Shredder gets his hands on some toxic waste and proceeds to use it to create dangerous mutants. Armed with Professor Perry's anti-mutant antidote, it's up to the crime fighting turtles and a pizza delivery boy to conquer these mutants.
