Society of Ohio Archivists Features African American Scholars @Case, Digital Exhibit
Celebrating the 2006 theme of Archives Week in Ohio, "African Americans in Ohio," AAS@Case--African American Scholars at Case web site features the historical contributions of African Americans at Case Western Reserve University. The Kelvin Smith Library digital exhibit is also featured on the Society of Ohio Archivists site, along with other statewide events.
The KSL exhibit page for AAS@Case--African American Scholars at Case offers images, rare documents, brief biographies, and more. Read the chronological list for brief facts and links so you can browse for the first African American student, or Case alumni such as Dr. David Satcher, the 16th U.S. Surgeon General.
