Ribbon-Cutting Photo of New CPL@Case-KSL Browsing Collection & New Foreign Language Magazines!
KSL's 10th Anniversary Events October 13 included the official launch of the CPL@Case-KSL new browsing collection of contemporary books, audio books, and magazines. Months of collaboration were celebrated with this ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring Holly Carroll, CPL Deputy Director (right), E.Gail Reese, KSL Associate Director for Collections & Personnel (center), and Karen Thornton(left), KSL Government Documents librarian and primary coordinator for the collection.
New popular foreign language magazines have arrived so you can read and practice Arabic, French, German, Japanese, Hebrew, Russian, and other languages! These foreign language magazines can be checked out like the other CPL@Case-KSL materials nearby--at the CPL SelfCheckout machine immediately adjacent to the new browsing area. KSL staff also will help you check out materials at the Main Service Desk where they also issue CPL cards to Case faculty, staff, or students.
Read more about this new collection from the KSL homepage, under the red menu bar for "Research Tools" (Find Books & Other Resources) & from the sidebar "Electronic Resources" (Additional Resources). There you'll find links for more popular reading lists, the borrowing privileges and policies, plus a suggestion form for more new items. Let us know what you'd like for your popular reading materials!
