Study Break @KSL--Tues/Wed, Hillel Brings Treats
Cleveland Hillel Foundation brings you coffee & doughnuts for a KSL study break this week, on Tuesday & Wednesday, December 9 & 10th. Stop in to see them in KSL's Lower Level International News Commons area and take a break from exam studies.
Hillel knows that hot coffee and doughnuts can help students get through the week, and also that while enjoying coffee people have an opportunity to celebrate & learn something about the upcoming Hanukkah holidays. Hillel has offered this treat in KSL for several years now, responding to their students' comments that "KSL is the go-to place on campus." Stop by Tuesday and Wednesday and visit—8 p.m. to 10 p.m., or until the coffee pot is empty...
Talk to Hillel about Hanukkah traditions. They bring doughnuts because they are a symbol of eating foods cooked in oil, in remembrance of the olive oil miracle of the Hanukkah menorah where one day's oil lasted eight days. KSL is pleased to have Hillel Foundation as one of our new traditions, as well.
