Kelvin Smith Library announces the LibQual+ 2008 survey winner! Jennifer Hobohm, junior in the College of Arts and Sciences, stopped by KSL to pick up her new iPod® Touch, before leaving for winter break:
Jennifer completed the LibQual + 2008 survey, a standardized instrument and just one of the measures that Case Libraries use to assess campus library collections & services. Case Libraries participated in LibQual in 2002 and again as part of OhioLINK in 2003, with many new services were implemented as a result.
Kelvin Smith Library is pleased that Jennifer won and that so many participated—it's a way to make your opinion count as libraries measure user expectations and experiences! Watch for the survey results in 2009, and the next LibQual survey in 2010.
