• Lower Level large plasma screen shows the morning ceremonies, 2:30 pm parade & other events throughout the day in the Lower Level International News Commons area. Get something warm to drink, look at a newspaper from around the world, have a seat on the sofa and watch the 44th President of the United States take office!
