Restored Access to OhioLINK: Update
Revised, Wednesday Feb. 11th:
OhioLINK has restored service to many resources. The Electronic Journal Center (EJC) is gradually being restored, and access is temporarily redirected through publisher sites.
Back Online Feb 11th:
OhioLINK Central Catalog including QuickSearch@OhioLINK, Electronic Theses & Dissertation Center, Landsat 7 Satellite images, Digital Media Center (partial), EAD Finding Aid Creation Tool, EBook Center, Electronic Journal Center (EJC) Redirect page
News & Access Links:
OhioLINK's EJC Redirect & information page—check while restoration continues, for:
• Links that will take you directly to journal publisher sites where Case has access
• Information Alert box about server problems & resolutions
Unavailable Tuesday Feb 10th:
Digital Resource Commons, OhioLINK Repository
Finding A Journal:
Due to these interim solutions, remember that currently:
- if you are on campus or on VPN, most hyperlinks in databases will link through to the publisher site
- the OhioLINK "FindIt!" icon in databases should pass through a temporary publisher link
- Looking for a journal? Use the Case eJournal Portal to identify in which database you might find your journal. Also use the EJC page with new links and publisher access during this restoration process.
In the next few days, check for news & updates on the OhioLINK What's New page, as well as the KSL NewsBlog. We'll keep you posted.
