Refreshed Interface on OhioLINK Catalog
Small changes can make a big difference for you when you search & locate items or request them on the OhioLINK Central Catalog. Now, move around the pages faster, reduce unwanted text, take advantage of stronger visual cues:
• Colored icons indicate actions: Request & Submit are now a bold green; Save for Export is dark red. Work more efficiently when icons are prominent & easy to see.
• Minimize page text: Skip the multiple library holdings or long table of contents when you click-through a search from the Case Catalog if there were no copies or our copies were checked out: select [Hide] in the upper right corners of the display boxes to see only what you need.
• When you have more time to get a copy: Choose a "Cancel if Not Filled By" date if the item is out & you can use it later. Choose next month, or even next semester break.
• Find it faster in a long list: Electronic versions in a title list now display with 2 visual cues: the text [electronic resource] plus a new "e" icon.
