KSL Hosts OhioLINK Business Librarians
Kelvin Smith Library welcomes the annual meeting of the OhioLINK Business Librarians on July 7 & 8.
OhioLINK member institutions share resources as well as expertise. Subject Interest Groups take the consortium collaboration to yet another level, meeting throughout the state and discussing collections in a wide variety of 28 disciplines from anthropology through law to special collections.
Case Libraries' subject specialist librarians belong to many of these groups, learning how today's academic users approach topics and then investigating & evaluating resources.
Groups like the OhioLINK Business librarians work together to gain economic leverage when considering and licensing new products for Case researchers.
Case Western Reserve is one of the original 6 founders of OhioLINK. The 90th member joins this fall.
