Friday Public Affairs Discussion Group--The Arab Spring--and Beyond
Join in this week's Friday Public Affairs Discussion Group@KSL, as Pete Moore leads discussion on uprisings and government collapses that began in Tunisia and Egypt, and the wide-ranging outcomes for other countries. Sponsored by the Center for Policy Studies and hosted each Friday at KSL, the event encourages scholarly interactions with the university and the public through open discussion groups.

• September 30: The Arab Spring—and Beyond. Pete W. Moore, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Political Science, CWRU.
Professor Moore's research on state-society relations in the Middle East and Africa, as well as business-society relations, privatization, decentralization, regional security and more help him focus on the complex regional issues. He'll help the audience note the themes, history, and trends as we attempt to understand these situations and what they hold for the future.
Join us on Friday, September 30 at 12:30 pm in the Kelvin Smith Library 2nd floor Dampeer Room.
The Kelvin Smith Library location also indicates an underground parking garage for visitors (fee), and nearby metered street parking, as available.
