Additional CaseLearns Classes Added
The following classes have been added to the Spring 2014 CaseLearns schedule:
- Digital Images: Part 2
Tuesday, April 1 from 2-4 p.m.
Kelvin Smith Library, Room LL06 B&C
Course Description: Participants will learn how to navigate Photoshop and to learn to perform basic image editing such as cropping, advanced rotation, and the elusive “levels” feature. Even those with some experience will learn some tricks from the advanced workflow. Digital Images Part 1 – REQUIRED!
- Introduction to Structured Query Language (SQL)
Wednesday, April 9 from 9 a.m - 12 p.m.
Kelvin Smith Library, Room 215
Course Description: This course will provide an introduction to relational database systems and a foundation for SQL programming. The workshop will cover what a relational database is and how it is used for managing data. Additionally, participants will learn the basics of SQL programming and about some common tools and methodologies that professionals use for interacting with and understanding database systems.
