The IVR Cheat Sheet?
How to get to a human fast when calling banks, insurance companies, government agencies, retail and manufacturer customer service, telecom companies, travel companies and more. "I created the IVR Cheat Sheet in March 2005 when I could not reach a human at Verizon Wireless or Bank of America. I originally had about a dozen entries, but since the IVR Cheat Sheet has been spreading around the net, it has now grown to over 100 companies, with hundreds of other entries not yet verified. Please check back here over the coming weeks to see more and more companies as these new entries get verified and published."
