Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)

The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) is the codification of the general and permanent rules published in the Federal Register by the executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government. It is divided into 50 titles that represent broad areas subject to Federal regulation. Each volume of the CFR is updated once each calendar year and is issued on a quarterly basis.

Photo Blog from 100 Years is a 100-year-old photography blog that brings our ancestors into today's spotlight. The site is named after Shorpy Higginbotham, a boy who worked in an Alabama coal mine near the turn of the century. They started with a collection of photographs taken in the early 1900s by Lewis Wickes Hine as part of a decade-long field survey for the National Child Labor Committee.
