The Crew is back for another semester of visiting seminars, making fliers, and, above all else, tutoring SAGES students. We look forward to interacting with everyone in the new academic year.

And there are four new members - Jane, Nilu, Merry, and Catherine. Ideally they'll introduct themselves in short order.

Spring semester is about to start, and the SAGES Peer Writing Crew hopes to expand on a successful start to the academic year. So, students - if you're writing a paper, think about registering for an appointment at Tutortrac, and professors - when you assign a paper, please remind your students that this resource is available.

Also, we should have a renewed web presence this semester. It's not much now, but the SAGES Peer wiki will soon be the repository of all things Crew. Be sure to check it out in the future for information about the Crew's activities, and add information of your own if you want.

Case is gearing up for a new year, and that means that the Peer Writing Crew is already hard at work preparing. It's an exciting time. The SAGE Cafe on the first floor of Crawford is opening; we'll have some 70 SAGES First Seminars full of students to help become better writers; and we veteran Crew members are busy setting up this year's training session. We're also pleased to welcome six new Crew members this semester! I know I speak for everyone when I say that I'm looking forward to working alongside each of you.

In addition to new Crew members, new locations, and new students, we're also happy to present our new and improved weblog!
