Preparation of drinking water with drugs
Here is the protocol for preparing the vehicle control solution, glyburide containing dirking solution and sitagliptin containing solution. Monday, Wednesday and Friday the rats get fresh water bottles filled with 200 mL of ice-cold drink. Sunday Dr. E will come on and refresh the drinks and check on all the rats.
