The ITS HPC Users Group held its second meeting on Thursday 21 February 2008. The group's first two meetings have been informally organized in order to share information regarding the status of the HPC cluster and to discuss any issues of concern to the user community. At present the meetings are scheduled for the first and third Thursdays of each month at noon, although this schedule may be modified in the future to avoid conflict with the ITS Forums that is held on the third Thursday of each month at 11:30 AM. The tentative agenda for the next meeting includes a presentation by Dr. Jon Cline on compiler use on the cluster. Meeting notices are sent to all ITS HPC cluster users. Anyone else who wants to be notified of the meetings should contact its-cluster-admin@case.edu.
