Diplomatic transcription has been attempted to the best of encoder's abilities. No corrections have been made to the document. All original spelling has been retained. Texts judged indecipherable or unclear are marked "unclear."

Normalized transcription is minimal. Abbreviations have been retained, with expansion element including resp attribute for abbreviations. When possible, attempts to decipher text have been made, using unclear element with resp, cert, and reason attributes. Obvious misspellings have been marked with choice parent element, and child orig and reg elements, the latter containing the correction. Gap element is used for words and phrases that are completely illegible to the encoder.

All quotations marks have been retained using " marks
