I'm Bewildered

I saw groups of people marching against stimulus and throwing tea bags.

I was wondering how come some many people with jobs and spare money managed find each other and get together? (There are with jobs because they are against stimulus spending and have spare money because they were throwing tea)

Or maybe they don't have jobs and realize that the easiest way to get the most people employed is to remove government influences on the market and laissez l'économie faire.
