Summertime, and the living's easy
First things first, I believe congratulations are in order for all the graduates. On behalf of the SAGES Cafe, I would like to wish you luck and much happiness in all future endeavors! (...And very many delicious coffee beverages also. They help make the world go round.)
That being said, the cafe has become rather quiet without all the students buzzing around. The sun is beginning to shine more often and stay out longer and the increasingly beautiful weather is lending to an increasingly happy general mood. Still, it's a little lonely around here lately, but hopefully that means that everyone is off making the most of their summer break.
Speaking of making the most of your summer break, please keep in mind our POSTCARD CONTEST. Remember us when you go anywhere this summer, and we'll reward you with treats when you return. Simply send a postcard to:

Your postcard will be posted on a display board here in the cafe for all to see, and prizes will be rewarded in the following categories:
-Farthest distance from the cafe
-Best postcard written while sitting at another Peet's location (you must prove it somehow)
-Overall funniest postcard
That's not to say that everyone who participates won't get a little something just for keeping the cafe staff happy with their hellos ::wink wink::

Hello Eileen and all the Sagistas,
Annie Pécastaings and I have been in Lyon,France since late May, but we just found the café blog today (Saturday 19 July). It looks great! We hope that business will soon be booming with the return of faculty, staff, and students from vacation. We look forward to our visits to the café and to the new school year.
