Let's try this again

Well... I started blogging here back in the beginning of the summer, and as might be expected it tailed off. Now that I spent some time redesigning the style of the site to be a closer to my static web page I will hopefully start to use it a little more.

I am also planning to expand the use beyond how I was writing this summer, purely about the peer-reviewed literature. This blog will probably encompass a wider amount of info on the goings on in my research group and courses here in Geological Sciences. I doubt it will be as voluminous or as broad as Mano's... but I think it will serve my purposes well.
