IM updates are coming!
OK, the long awaited upgrade to the Case IM server is coming! It should happen some time next week - probably Thursday morning.
- New Features:
- A web-based IM client (may not be available immediately, but should be shortly after the upgrade)
- Voice Chat (using Jingle)
- Many bugfixes and improvements
Also, the latest version of Spark is going to be in the Software Center soon.
There may be some more "surprise" features as well, but they'll require some post-upgrade testing and configuration.

What web-based IM client are you using? sparkweb? or something else?

Yeah, it's SparkWeb. We've got an Enterprise license.
I tried out Claros Chat a while ago and thought it was pretty good, but we never quite got around to deploying it.
