And why do those 50% pay no income tax? Perhaps because they're either unemployed, underemployed, or making 50-70% less than they were three or four years ago.
It's as if the oligarchy is saying, "We tanked the economy, and then created a jobless recovery. Now why aren't you paying your fair share of the tax pie?"

The old saying, "The rich get richer while the poor get poorer" is never more true than now.
It seems that even our governments are no longer interested in the average man in the street they only seem to be interested in pandering to the financial markets.
The divide between the rich and poor will only grow wider in my opinion.
