My Values Exercises

After completing the Learning Style Inventroy (LSI), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and the "My Values" Exercise, many thoughts plagued my mind. Several of the questions asked in the MBTI survey asked the same thing, but in a different way. However, I answered the same type of question with a different response. I'm curious to see the outcome of the assessment. I found the LSI exercise to be pretty decent job determining my style of learning. Although I didn't agree with a few characteristics that described an accomodater, it was the type of learning that fit me the most out of all the other options. I think it would be a good idea to take another type of value exercise towards the end of the semester to see if anything has changed.

I agree with you that it seemed that the questions in the MBTI were repetitive and then I would answer differently. Even though I answered differently on those closely related questions, the MBTI seemed to be very accurate in describing peoples personalities. I think the LSI was just guidelines and that most accomodaters have those characteristics. I am pretty sure at this age in life, peoples values and personalities won't change that drastically. So most likely not much will change in one semester.
