Make myself a good manager
To become a good manager is not very easy as everybody knows.
All succeeded managers in the world have a lot of knowledge, and experiences. However, those ideas cannot guarantee me to make us good managers, but it is also very important for me to manage a company.
At this time, How can I get those ideas?
First, I need knowlegdge which is about accounting, economy and management whatever related with business. Probably, some of them are not necessary to manage my company, but I am supposed to have it, and unconciously think about it with no effort. To have those knowledge is a lot better than to not have those.
Second, experiences are also important. If I have lots of experienses, I would cope with any kind of problems. My company could have a big problem, has never gotten. At that time, if I have experienced the similar case before, then I could solve the problem smoothly. Not only for this kind of situation, but it is also useful for other cases.
If I have both of them, I could advance to a good manager. In addition, as long as I have a strong desire and challenge to get the position, then I would have an opporutunity to become a good manager.
