Necessity of Diversity
I think diversity is important for business.
If my managing company is exactly the same as rival comapanies, there is no difference between mine and others. If my company is obviously economically biggert than others, I might possibly ignore diversity for a while, but I am still required to consider of it. There are several kind of advantage to have diversity. It makes difference from other companies, and if it is realized, my company would be more popular from consumers.
What should be done to foster diversity is doing research and survey. We need to know the difference between my company and others. Then, we could consider something interesting which has not been provided. Survey is also helpful because it makes us understand what comsumers want and how the society is changing and moving. From the result of the survey, we can discuss and divelop goods which is very new and have never been produced.
Diversity can make my company both better and worse. However, if my company does above two things, it would most likely succeed.
