Harrah's Casino Case Study

It was the first time for me to do a case analysis assignment at MGMT250 class.

Actually, it was quite interesting to solve the problems. There were many sorts of management skills to hire people and motivate employees. As long as employees are motivated well, the service for customers would be better. If there was a good customer service, customers would like to go to the casino again, and the casino could earn more money. This strategy is quite simple, but it is also very useful and helpful to make the casino better. I could learn a lot of management skills from this case, and it was so much fun for me to read it.
