Future Vision
I have been learning about Human Resourses since last semester.
I have a strong desire to work at the university I graduated from in Japan because I love the school and would like to make it better and better.
Actually, working at a university requires me to connect and communicate with a lot of poeple such as professors, students, employers, other employees, and parents. It must be almost impossible for me to have good relationships with all of them. However, if I just give up doing that, I could not succeed anything. At this time, the knowledge I have learnt and am going to learn in MGMT classes should help me. What I was strongly impressed in MGMT251 so far was the harrasment roll play.
In any schools, harassment is always happened with any reasons. For example, it could be sexual harrasment between teachers and students, and between employers and employees. I might be asked by the victims and have to solve the problems. At this time, tne experiences I obtained from the class should be very helpful and make me more confident to make a decision. I have heard of a couple of rumors about sexual harassment when I was studying in Japan. I seriously do not think harassment is right. Therefore, to make a good school, I would like to reduce as many problems as possible.

Very interesting topic Takanori. I don't know anything about japan so i can only compare what youre saying to our amazing america. can your will to change hormones be as it is the the US? that is the question !
