New Residential Village Open House
There was an open house for the new North Residential Village today. It is very lavish (and reminded me that the dorm I stayed in during my first two undergraduate years was a prison in comparison). I took some pictures and posted them to my flickr.com site. You can find them here.

I missed the poster at http://flickr.com/photos/virtualfarmboy/35157651/in/set-778300/.
That poster would be 1000x better if the current song playing was Big Daddy Kane's "The Man With the Master Plan."

LOL--I wonder how quickly the poster will disappear the first time some kid's iPod gets stolen.....

Thanks for sharing the pictures! I didn't get a chance to go on the tour, even though I was hoping to get a peek inside. Your generosity allowed me to get a sense of what I missed.

Very nice! One reason I commuted my four years in the late 80's was because the dorms were dingy and in poor shape. These are way ahead of the times.
