</a> (Northeast Ohio Community and Neighborhood Data for Organizing) allows users to extract data across geography and time to examine trends such as food stamp enrollment. Neighborhoods in Cleveland continue to have the greatest percentages of individuals receiving Food Stamps. The greatest increases in the number of food stamp recipients, however, are found in Cuyahoga's suburbs.
