City of Cleveland and
Cuyahoga County from July 2000 through July 2009. Maps for 2010 and 2011 will be produced in the near future. Among its many functions,

NEO CANDO
(Northeast Ohio Community and Neighborhood Data for Organizing) allows users to extract data across geography and time to examine trends such as food stamp enrollment. Neighborhoods in Cleveland continue to have the greatest percentages of individuals receiving Food Stamps. The greatest increases in the number of food stamp recipients, however, are found in Cuyahoga's suburbs.
