e-Parcel FAQ

Well, I suppose a few people may have questions about e-Parcel, so I decided to start this thread in my log.

e-Parcel is now no less than e-Parcel^TM! However, I invite everybody to discuss it as freely as you want, such as in this entry on Jessica's log. Perhaps, the most important part of an invention disclosure form is to signify that the "invention" was created on a certain date and that it "was reduced to practice" by another one. Anybody plagiarizing the idea wholly or in part or extending it after those dates can be confronted with documentation. But, we can otherwise discuss it as freely as we wish. In fact, the more people talk about this (and use it), the better it is.

I should have also mentioned that nobody is going prevent us from distributing our code as open source - the point though is to prevent "commercial entities" from profiting out of our work without giving credit to our beloved institution.
