Teams And Groupwork

I feel, when working in teams it has to be an organic experience. When developing a successful team it is very similar to growing a plant. A team should start with some ground rules this is the pot and the soil of the team. Then with the proper attention and hard work the team will start to see some results. This is because you did a good job preparing the groundwork and making sure that it was nurtured. You might change something to make the team even better, but change it too much and it might undo the success. When a plant doesn’t grow or if it starts to die the Gardner has to change something. Like a team when there are issues it is up to the leader to notice them and to make sure that the changes are made. Just like with a plant, if a team leader sets a good groundwork and make sure the team stays on track, it will be very successful.

I really agree that teams need to be cared for as carefully as a plant. It is really important that in a team everyone knows what to expect from the other members. It is also important to have a mutual understanding and respect for one another so as to keep the group unified and enjoyable.
