Both Natalie Samples and I are unable to log in to Wizard this morning (we're getting an authentication error)...anything we should be aware of?
You beat me to it. I was just about to make a post concerning this. The back-end database that houses all the Wizard data is currently down. According to the ITS department, there is no estimation as to when this will be resolved.
Thanks for the update - we were worried that it was just us.
I just heard word from ITS that the database is back up. You should be able to get into Wizard now. They are still doing some work and trying to figure out what happened, so it would not surprise me if it went down a time or two again before everything is completely resolved. However, things should be working now.
