Gifts Class 7/18/06

Hello out there! I wanted to take a second to remind you that the giving class is tomorrow (KSL 215 @ 11 a.m.). we are gonna go over a lot of important information that will be very important for development folks. I know most people already have access to this feature but I encourage anyone who wants more info on this subject to please come by. Call me with questions!

Meeting Notes Now Online

The much anticipated notes from the June 21st meeting are now online. They can be accessed here (toward the bottom of the page). I appreciate everyone’s patience. I hope to be rolling out the official July training schedule by the end of the week so please let me know if there are special requests!

Next Wizard Council Meeting

Hello. The next wizard council meeting has been set for June 21st! We will be meeting at 3:00 p.m. in Adelbert Hall, room 352. Points of discussion will be:

Introduction (New employees & Departures)
Reggie (New email system)
Wizard 8.2 for 7.1 users (Front screen, Clipboard & Advanced Lookup)
Training (Goals & Sample training schedule)
Closing thoughts

Followup to today's Wizard Council meeting

It was good seeing everyone today.

Also, I looked into the question about when a Solicitation Manager reverts back to a Cultivation/Stewardship manager. It happens immediately (or close to immediately) after the proposal closes.

I will be following up later on the blog about distributing contact reports and student use of Wizard.
