How to become a 21st century city?

Mayor Gary Norton entered East Cleveland's city hall at the peak of the world financial crisis two years ago. Today, he has a lot to reflect about. Jobs and infrastructure are the cities biggest challenges. Rhonda Williams, Case Western Reserve University professor of history and Director of the Social Justice Institute (SJI), joins the conversation to add a social context to the crises and to talk about the role of SJI in East Cleveland.
